I was very disappointed in the Millsboro, DE Enterprise office. Despite having booked a reservation days in advance, and speaking with a woman in the office the afternoon before pick up confirming my reservation when I arrived at their office they had no cars! Seriously??!!! Enterprise ....you know rent-a-car...NO CARS, couldn't move me up...couldn't move me down a model...couldn't do anything. Sorry is what Nick told me. I will call you when one come in. Again ...seriously?? I am on a schedule..but nope...sorry, we will call you when one comes in, he had no idea when when a car would arrive though. I then ask if there is another Enterprise in the area. He tells me Salisbury and Seaford. I had to say, well I think you need to make a call and get me a car. He did not offer, that was my idea. I will say Seaford Enterprise was wonderful, they put me in a car, no problem..sent me on my way..but that is how it is supposed to work. I had planned to go home pack my travel things and leave in a leisurely fashion. Instead it was lucky I got up early because I barely made my destination on time with all the running around I had to do. I would rent enterprise again, but not that office. I also will say I think Enterprise should offer and upgrade voucher, free day, something for all the trouble they caused me on that morning. They only got 1 star because this would not let me post with no stars.
