My entire time there was over three hours and fifteen minutes to get the service performed, and although they said they'd start early if they could, my auto was not on the lift until a half hour after my appointment was scheduled.
I received excellent service as usual. They were even understanding when my credit card was declined. We squared up the payment later in the day. Very thankful to them.
I picked this business out of the Yellow Pages. Yes the Yellow Pages still exist. I came in for four new tires. I didn't really need to have them all replaced at this time but I had a slow leak. They were going to have to be replaced in a few months and I knew the new tires would last longer than I would have this car so I didn't see your reason to delay. But to his credit the salesman did ask me why I was replacing the tires. I knew I could have left with a very inexpensive patch on one tire and I was impressed with his honesty to at least make sure I knew that the tires didn't necessarily have to be replaced at this time. To me that is a great positive for any auto repair business. They replace the four tires and did an alignment and road-tested the car and I think everything was done fine. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
We were in our RV and were in dire need of break repair. They went out of their way to get us in and out! Awesome job! Back on the road safe and happy!
Very nice and respectful people overall. However, I arrived one hour early for my appointment and was told they would do their best to get me in early for an installation of two tires and an alignment.
I got what I needed courteously, but my visit took far longer than I had anticipated. As a result I'll just call it a busy day for them and a long wait for me but I expect waits like this with no appointment pre-booked.
They were professional, quick, helpful and got my car fixed and back to running normal exactly when they said they would! They were very nice and listened to everything I told them about my car. I would recommend them to everyone!
