Terrible!!! staff is a joke. Building monitors are perverts trying to hit on patients and get numbers. The worst is a monitor named George.he's a light skinned male looks to be in his 50s wears glasses and dressed like he's trying to get a date. Very unprofessional he has repeatedly harassed my girlfriend for her number and has some sort of control problem where he thinks he can treat clients (not called patients bec they are not a real doctors office) like they are trash, he is the king of the building monitors and is a real sicko. This place is crawling with perverts and pigs trying to score some easy addicts to take advantage of. Lets not start with the actual medication delivery. Very poor communication no set schedule no memo no mention of when they will be taking the next day off so always keep a lock box with you or you may not get you medicine in they decided they are gona be closed the next day for a holiday or just bec they want to. No communication no client portal to check what there ever changing schedule is. Completely disgusted I went to them for what's called vivitral and when receiving the shot the stuck me with a needle before telling me any side effects or what is to be expected of me. I stopped going because of the lack of competence and thank God because I don't know how I would be living if i stayed there. Under the thumb of drug pushers who work there .
This is the poorest run established out of them all. I am in jeopardy of losing my job now since I can no longer get medicated early. I work 11 hour days from 530 until 430. People have no jobs that go there in the morning and complain about others get medicated before them. Well I'm sorry that I work 66 hour weeks and pay my taxes and bills. I can not get there at 3 am to wait in the parking lot for medication like you, I have to get some kind of sleep so I'm not worthless the next day at work. The building monitors have some form of control issues and it is pitiful to witness (not all but some). How can you claim to help people when you have put my livelihood at risk when I have my first born child on the way in 2 months and I pay all my households bills. I haven't given any dirty drug screens since I've been there, but still this happened. No one knows what the other is doing as far as staff is concerned and they haven't had a site director for more than a few months. Let's not even mention how many counselors come and go there.
