I was recently in a car accident. This Rescue Squad was the first one on the scene, my family and I were very disappointed with the way the situation was handled. I hit a tree and had to be cut out of my car. Mid-Sussex Rescue wrote that this was a minor accident. I didn't know that getting cut out of a car was minor.... I was never neck braced and was not taken out of the car properly said by the fire squad that was on the scene. I'm no doctor but when your cut out of a car that's Trauma not minor.
