Worst experience ever! We stopped in on Friday around 4:30pm for my mom's birthday. We were the only customers in the store. We decided what we wanted and I went to place our order. It took the 2 girls working about 5 whole minutes to acknowledge our presence. FINALLY, girl A comes to take our order. She didn't seem to know what she was doing at the register and that became apparent when she gave me the total. It was about $8 short and I pointed this out to her. She looked at what she rang up and I pointed out on the menu what it was we were ordering. She looked at the menu then back at the register and looked over to girl B. They both shrugged their shoulders and girl A said "Looks good to me". That should have been my first clue. Girl A makes my dad his cone then goes to attempt the first of 3 sundaes. She looks at the picture, puts a scoop of ice cream in the waffle bowl and then is lost. Meanwhile girl C is coming in for her shift. Girl A goes to get the peanut butter topping and looks like there is a problem. She gets girl C and she comes over, checks the topping herself and tells me the warmer hasn't been turned on because they don't have all the toppings at night. I'm thinking this is ridiculous but it's mom's birthday and she's here for a treat so I say can we just do the hot fudge then. Girl A puts the hot fudge on then hands me the bowl, with no spoon. I tell her the sundae is supposed to have brownies and Reece's peanut butter cups. She looks at it, takes it back, looks at the picture again then calls girl C over. They talk in the corner and girl A starts putting a topping on the sundae. Girl C comes over to tell me they are giving me what's left of the peanut butter cup topping but don't have anymore for the other 2 sundaes because they don't have all of the toppings at night. Okay so when do you have them, for the ice cream breakfast rush?? It's 4:30 in the afternoon......I get handed the sundae again with no spoon and it's the most pitiful sundae I've ever seen but I think, okay she didn't ring it correctly so I'm not gonna complain. Girl A then walks away to work the drive thru and I figured girl C was going to finish making our order. Nope, she was making milkshakes for the drive thru. After she noticed I'm still standing there, she asks if I need something. I told her yes, we still had 2 sundaes we were waiting on and I couldn't eat mine without a spoon. She goes and gets me a spoon, I tell her we'll need spoons for the other 2 once they're made. She gets me more spoons and goes back to making the shakes. She yells over to girl A that she needs to finish helping us. I go over to the table and go to try my sundae. I went to break a piece of the waffle bowl off and it was like rubber. The ice cream is melted by now and the topping she scrapped from the bottom of the container is stale. Now I just want my money back. I go to the counter where all 3 girls continue to ignore me and work the drive thru customers. Finally I just say I need my money back, this is terrible and I put the sundae on the counter. Girl C goes to hand a tray of milkshakes to girl B who is trying to get a hold of it with her cell phone in her hand. I tell her it works much better if you put the phone down. Girl C then says she has to call someone to give me my money back. I tell her I'll pay for the cone that my dad ate. She makes a phone call, tells the person she needs to do a refund then tells them she just got in and it's just crazy in there. We are still the only customers in the store mind you so I don't know what crazy she was referring to. She gives me all of my money back. I'm over it. This was the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. These 3 young ladies should not be running this store without supervision and clearly need training on what products are available, how to ring them up and how customer service works. I will never visit this particular store again.
