The customer service here is excellent. The staff goes out of their way to help you. I also dealt with the New Castle store, and the same applies there. Rare to have such a good experience these days. Made my day.
We recently redid our living room and checked around for prices and selections at several carpet stores. We had used Airbase before and were always satisfied with their products and services. In early July we decided to use Airbase as their selections were plenty and everything is basically laid out to see and the sales folk are courteous and are not overly persuasive. We picked our carpet and they rolled it out for us to look at and it seemed good to go. It arrived a week or so later, and when rolled out in our living room, it had imperfections that were not visible when it was showed to us originally. Airbase was understanding and courteous and quickly scheduled a new install date because we had family coming into town. The new carpet we picked was perfect and the installers were prompt, clean and and courteous. Airbase did a very good job and will definitely have us as a repeat customer.
I called for the gentlemen who was so helpful & the woman in.the.office told me he wasn't with.the company I asked if she knew if she knew where he work.& I'm shocked she actually told me he wasn't employed.I do believe that is.against a employee rights. Attention store manager/ owner I do not appreciate your misleading statement. The girl in the office said he was fired. I would not consider doing business with any company that disclosed employee information! We will take our business a honest company.I'm 61 yrs old VP retired and legisitative

They were competent at making the sale and fine for throw rugs for our dining room. However, when trying to handle a larger task as installing flooring, they were a mess. They couldn't track inventory or stock and have poor coordination for the subcontracting, as they do not actually install it. I also, had to pay the contractor separately. If I knew that was occurring, i would've hired my own guy, had better coordination, timing, and a lower cost. The savings isn't worth your time. Spend a little more and go elsewhere.
Airbase has such a wide array of products and the pricing is incredible! You owe it to yourself to double check pricing here versus the big box stores.
