2 months after we moved in we started our list which was only small minor cosmetic changes, there really wasn't anything wrong with the home. We made our ticket online as instructed and received a phone call from Gary Kline who said he was going to come look at the things on our list and reach out to the people in charge of fixing them. He came out in February 2016 and looked, made a list of people to contact and that was the start of the nightmare. He said he would reach out to these teams and have someone set up a date and time to fix our home. Fast forward 8 months and we've been able to reach Gary twice. He did not return our calls or emails. He was avoiding Sue whom we had reached out too. When we were finally able to reach him, we set a time and date, I took a day off of work and he never showed up.

If everyone at Lennar had the work ethic Sue Clow has I feel this situation could have been resolved in 2016. Unfortunately there is little accountability and organization in their customer service department.

The start of our Lennar experience was amazing.In September 2015 we bought our home from Sue Clow, whom I cannot say enough nice things about. From start to finish she made the process easy to understand and as painless as possible. This woman is wonderful in every sense of the word. After we closed in November 2015, she explained to us we had one year from closing to make a list of defects with the home and Lennar would fix them free of charge.

Nice well maintained 9 hole course, will eventually be 18 holes. Lush tees, fairways, and greens.

Here we are, December 2nd 2017 and our window is still cracked. We have reached out again and I highly expect to be told they have to call someone and have someone come and look and I will miss more time from my job only to have a no call no show situation, again.

We received an email from our HOA manager a few weeks later saying Gary was no longer with Lennar and we now had to reach out to Tony. We repeated the process of filing an online ticket but at this time there were now structural issues with the home. The ceiling in our master bedroom was sagging. Tony came out and looked and gave us the same run down... I have to call the managers in charge of this and have someone look. Long story short, about 3 people had to "come look and make a call".

August 2017 we get an email from our HOA manager, Tony is no longer with the company, we now have to contact Lyle, whom much to our surprise contacted us and we became hopeful our issues would finally be resolved. No. He called me at work, where I expressed our frustration in having a customer service ticket open for two years (Remember, we moved in November 2015, it is now November 2017). He said he needs more details about where the crack in the window is and asked me to text him a few details, which I did later that evening. The Saturday following that, I reached out to him asking if someone was going to come look at this window and get it fixed. He said he was right down the street and would be over soon. He came in, looked at the window and said he would have to make a call to the door and window person who would have to order a new pane of glass and that would take about two weeks.

At this point we are going to hire a private contractor to fix our window and bill Lennar because two years after closing we're still waiting.

Meanwhile, one of the windows in our master bathroom has cracked. We called Tony and he said he would add that to the existing ticket, which keep in mind has been active since February 2016 when we were contacted by Gary. Tony had to call a guy to come look. The guy never showed up, but our ceiling was fixed and the minor cosmetic defects from 2016 were finally fixed.
