It's ridiculous that a haircut that would have taken 10 minutes is given a 45 minute wait because of "check-ins" that aren't even in the building yet. I suppose a lost sale is but a drop in the bucket to a salon franchise, but word of mouth amounts to much more. No thank you.
I've been going to Supercuts since they had just opened. Not one time have I been unhappy. The girls are always plesant, shop is always clean. If you call ahead or make appt. Online. Gets you in quicker, but I would rather wait then them do a bad cut trying to hurry and get you in. Right? But somehow I think you wouldn't be pleased either way.
I made an appointment for 10 AM and walked out at 10:25 without being seen. Far too long to wait for a mediocre haircut and the second time it's happened. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
Haircuts have always been ok here and staff is nice . There always seems to be a wait time much longer then shown online for check in. Makes it difficult to schedule my time around this . Would like to see some kind of improvement here
