Employees were not nice and would not stand by the products they sell. Told them about a leash that broke on first use, they would not give refund and did not seem to care about a potentially dangerous product.
Love this place, wish prices were a little better, especially for items I can get cheaper at walmart..would rather go to concord....but we're talking dollars not cents!
Great selection of products and services but a little pricey
The people are very friendly and accommodating and I take my dog for puppy classes with Mary D ,love the place.
