This place has a lot of potential, except for the fact that it's frequently flooded by the waterway it's near. It makes for a grungy dirty atmosphere. When it's dry, it's fun to take my daughter here, as the playground equipment has variety, and there's always ducks, geese, seagulls, etc. For her to watch and feed
Was always a nice park and boat ramp, however since the state has allowed the Indian River to deteriorate without dredging the boat ramp is basically usless
