WORST post office EVER. They constantly lose packages, the people that work there are rude. You can’t even get someone on the phone because it’s constantly “busy” - which really just means they keep it off the hook all day. I’ve been to different post offices in different states and have never experienced anything like this.. Millsboro post office clearly needs to fire some employees and restart.
They leave my packages in the box but key is bent and doesn't work. Can't open box to get packages. They never answer the phone when you try to call. I know for a fact that they leave the phone off the hook on purpose so they don't have to answer it. Everyone there needs to be fired and replaced with people who take their jobs seriously.
Never had an issue with Millsboro Post Office. Friendly, fast and seems to care about people. Delivery people are nice and helpful. I think some of these comments are just grumpy old folks with nothing better to do with their time. lol
The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and they take care of whatever you need. The wait time is typically not bad. This is a better than average post office as far as I have experienced. I have mailed things numerous times, and my daughters both got passports there. No problems, no complaints. A+
No accountability at the Millsboro post office. 4 months of mail completely missing while we were out of town even though we completed forwarding paperwork. 2 face to face visits to the post office have yielded no results. Problem seems unique to Millsboro as never had this issue in other homes.
