Rated this above average -for the price-, maxing out as of writing this at 595.00 a month for a two bedroom, one bath unit. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and staffed to fix any problems quickly. The master bedroom is decently sized, the guest bedroom is better used as a computer room or something of the sort. Kitchen is small but usable, dining area and bathrooms suffer the most, both very small, but again, not too bad for the deal you are getting. Living room space is nice as well. Overall recommended, they say no pets but it can be arranged, almost everyone here has one or two cats, no dogs though. The neighborhood and tenants are both very quiet, no crime to speak of, it gets a thumbs up from the local police for being low risk, in fact, many of the local officers have or had taken up residence here, so safety isn't an issue. The units were build in 1982, so the material is sound and has stood the test of time nicely. W/D hook-ups available, dishwasher/central air/water/sewer included. Otherwise, everything is electric.
