Lived there from 2002 to 2014. Used to be a nice quality development. Now it's drug infested! They rent out to anybody.

4 years leaving here and I have to say that is very nice and secure place... Good security, they drive around to the park many times durant the day.. They have a gate and cameras on the entrance . I never had any problems with my neighbors... Everyone take care their own business.. I rent the trailer from Rehoboth Shores and They do a inspection every three months and it's nice because makes everybody keep your own house nice and clean inside and outside...

Lately the trash pick up is being late but I think is because of the end of the season..
