Young man named Charles went above and beyond to get my issues taken care of when I came in with a transfer between phones issue that didn't go so smoothly. He spent close to an hour with me to make sure everything was working correctly before I left.
Charles was very excellent in helping me get a new plan and new phone. However, Court the store manager was anything but helpful. When I called at 7:50 to ask if my phone was delivered to the store he kept saying "We're very adamant about closing on time" I didn't see the correlation of this because the store closed at 9 and I had and entire hour to get there and get my phone. When I arrived at the store the phone wouldn't connect to the account pin and instead of calling verizon service and walking us through it Court instead made my friend call customer service on his phone. The time was about 8:30 and after many times of looking at his watch he then said "You're going to have to come back tomorrow abecause we are closing." I left without my phone or ANY of the issues resolved. Court is 0/10 in customer service. Will not return while he is there.
It's a real Verizon Store and not an "Authorized Dealer". Better deals and a far more knowledgeable staff with direct immediate help from Verizon via phone or internet. Like any store there are far more proficient with Customers and their problems including products and services.
