Called about a warranty repair on an off brand piece of equipment. Bakers is listed as a warranty repair center. After initially telling me they didn't service my brand, Bob called me back and admitted to being mistaken, apologized, and told me to drop my unit off. It seems he took the initiative to check further AFTER my initial call. I was amazed at the store and the prompt customer service. I'll drive 30 miles to visit this store again and again
