Spent about 3 hours there last night picking out countertops and flooring. Both my husband and I had ssevere alergic reactions to the epic thick layersof dust in that back portion of the store. Looked like they *never* clean, even the desks the employees work at and customer sit at too. Gross. Ran home to shower immediately. It was all I coud do to wait the 15 minutes while they did the quote. Awful.
My favorite place to shop. always have what I need. Good selection and great customer service.
Worse lowes ever since manager change over a year ago. Usually a few people doing all the work while 10 other employees are just walking around talking to eachother. While waiting at customer service for 20 minutes for them to find matrial I ordered only one person helped 14 customers with 12 employees walking by. There was a line the whole time.
Do yourself a huge favor, go to Home Depot.
What a bunch of blooming idiots. You can't even call this place, they either hang up on you or just never answer the phone. Had several appliances scheduled for delivery. The company they use XPO is just as bad. They have no idea of where Delaware is so they can't tell you anything about a delivery.
By far the worst Lowe's I have ever been to. The manager of this store needs to take a walk around this store to see for themselves .Better yet, corporate needs to see this mess. Standup jacks in the isles, a staff that is unwilling to help. Terrible customer service. It's unbelievable unless to see for yourselves. If this is the only Lowe's you have ever been to you might think this is normal. Believe me it's not. So many things are wrong it's impossible to list. Needs a complete management change.
