We are 2 blocks across the highway from the Millsboro location. 9 out of 10 times the service is excellent and the food is fresh. Tonight after placing our order online (as always), 45 minutes later we still didn’t have our food even though the tracker had said it was done 20 minutes prior. So, I call to check on the order and am told that delivery would take an hour and it would be another 20-30 minutes. That they were short handed and busy. No sorry, we will have it there shortly. Needless to say, having been a customer for years. I am disappointed in the attitude of the worker.
Our order is always correct and delivery is always pretty quick even during peak times. All the delivery drivers have always been friendly. This is my go to place for pizza! Keep it up guys!
I ordered from this Domino's using their website, and was told it could not be delivered to my house because it was too far. Every time I call there, it gets delivered here to my home without trouble. So I had to drive all the way there just to pick it up. VERY inconvenient service, the Online Ordering is NOT effective and the staff was less than helpful.
We always use the online ordering feature, which is super convenient. Order from these guys regularly, 99% of the time everything is perfect, the delivery drivers are always really friendly, order arrives really quickly, and is always hot! The very rare occasion when then is an issue they are very willing to fix the problem quickly and are very easy to talk to. Highly recommend this Domino's.
Love the Domino's located on Dupont Hwy in Millsboro. 9 times out of 10 my food is spectacular and above standard and that is what I am looking for. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been a returning customer here for a couple of years now and will continue to be.
