I usually love Papa Johns, but I ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks. Order was delivered, but we got our large pizza, and a SMALL PIZZA instead of cheese sticks. We called, guy said cheese sticks looks like pizza, hung up on us. Called back again, said this is definitely a pizza, I eat pizza all the time... I know what the difference is... said the manager said another one would be sent out. We waited an hour in a half!!! Nothing, so my fiancé went up there and he was on the phone with me, They knew exactly who he was when he walked in, at least that’s how my fiancé saw it...I heard the workers saying “that’s a pizza” and they said the manager was never told about it and there was no intention of bringing another order out. She also lied to his face and said their phone didn’t work right so maybe they need new phones. Just bad customer service, don’t treat customers like idiots.... Maybe I’ll just order from Dominos from now on. What a shame.
Great large pizza. The requested lightly cooked crust was perfect. The pizza red sauce,sausage and pepperoni were all very tasty.
I always tip the drivers well and try to understand when things happen but well done pizza does not mean burnt and unable to eat!
I have ordered at least 12 times from online and their answer to a dry burnt pizza was "sorry."

Nice little place to get pizza. Only thing, they don't have chips. Though did see soda available for sale. So, not sure if the reason to not keeping chips, buy soda.
When Papa John's first opened I really had some great pizza but the last one made me call the store back because the bottom of the crust was black and the outer crust was also burnt and so hard you could not bite into it!
