Any issue I have ever had was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. The property, and storage units are clean, and well maintained, and the whole place is safe, and secure. I cannot say enough good things about this well run business. I have always had a positive experience with the nice folks at Secure Self Storage in Longneck. Most of the time I deal with Brown who has always been very friendly and aims to please. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to store their merchandise. I have never had any problems with security issues or gate openings over the years.
This is the best storage units I have ever rented!!! Well kept and super clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful!! Paula is a wonderful caring person..24 hour Accessibility and very secure..I often work in my unit late at night with no worries..Units are a great place for small businesses to gain a little room..I have been renting here for almost 3 years and would not dream of going anywhere else..
