Called an placed an order, was on hold forever then got cut off twice. Called back, again on hold forever. Finally got someone the phone and order 2 impeller kits for my boat. Said I would have in 3 to 5 days. 7 days later I call and they tell me they lost the order. They need new management. 1st and LAST time dealing with Shorts.
Willing to help, but work load is far out. 4 to 6 weeks.

Everyone you talk to here is willing to go that extra mile to help with any questions you have. Price are competitive with others in the area. The service department is very good and in saying that they are usually 2-3 weeks wait on that, but its worth it for the quality in my opinion . just had the windows done this year, believe it was Mike that did them. All I can say about them is WOW what a great job
