Slow , spends to much time doing nothing between calling numbers . Patient relations leads a lot to be desired with front desk employees . No sense of urgency
I only gave two stars because the lady at booth 3 on Thursday was super nice. Then I got to the back. OMG....Someone please fire this other woman woman, I don’t think retraining is going to fix this. She dug around in my right arm for over three minutes without taking the needle out and trying again. I have been told by ever phlebotomist I’ve ever seen how easy my veins are to get. Well the resul of this is, a day later, I can barely move my right arm, I am worried I have a blood clot. (I even told her I have a history of DVT, did stop her, she just dug and dug and dug). Do I go to a hospital? Who know?.... What are the chances of getting honest treatment at Beebe Hospital when it was a Beebe draw site that caused the injury. UGH, what a position to be in. How do people like that have jobs in heathcare?
Went there on a Saturday morning. This was the first time I was using a new insurance and the lady that did my registration let me know one of the test was not covered. I am so thankful because I would have been billed for a lab that wasn't covered under my insurance. Service great. Technician was very nice.
